Hourly
$90 an hour for one tech, billed in half hours after the first. $162 an hour for two on heavy pieces.
Minimum visit
$143, which includes the first hour and travel in our area.
Half and full day
$342 for up to 4 hours, $660 for up to 8. Applied automatically when cheaper.
Materials
At cost plus 20%, itemized with receipts, or you supply them. Over $100 we ask first.
Home care plan, monthly
A 2-hour visit at $85 an hour, booked for you, priority scheduling. Labour time, not a warranty.

Scope
What we do not do
Florida requires a licensed contractor for this work, so we do not take it on. Ask us and we will tell you which kind of licensed trade to call.
- Electrical work of any size: ceiling fans, light fixtures, outlets, switches, GFCIs, hardwired smoke alarms, or power and cable inside walls
- Plumbing: faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, water heaters
- Heating and air conditioning, including thermostats and ductwork
- Roofing, and anything structural
- Installing doors or windows, replacing door or window glass, and decks
- Flooring or floor tile in condos
- Any job that needs a building permit
- Disconnecting appliances, water heaters or hot tubs from power, water or gas (we haul them once a licensed pro has disconnected them), and demolition
