We price from a published rate card. Every job on the list has a labour time; you see the price before you call, long lists get a half-day or full-day rate, and materials are billed at cost plus 20% with the receipts, or you supply them. No doorstep upsells.
We stay inside the work Florida lets a handyman do. Electrical work of any size, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, roofing, structural work and installing doors or windows need a licensed contractor, so we do not take them on, and we will tell you so up front instead of after the fact.
Every visit is checked in and out in our own app, and if anything we did is not right within 30 days, we come back and fix it.
