Pick the jobs from the list and how many of each. Each one carries a labour time; the price is that time at our hourly rate, with a minimum service call that covers the first hour, and a half-day or full-day rate when that works out cheaper. We confirm the list and the price before we start.

One rate card for everyone: an hourly rate billed in half hours after the first hour, a minimum service call that includes the first hour and travel in our area, half-day and full-day rates for longer lists, and a two-person rate for heavy pieces. The quote form shows every number.

Materials are never hidden in the price. We buy what the job needs and bill it at cost plus 20% with the receipts, or you supply it and we tell you exactly what to get. Anything over $100 is approved by you before we buy it.

Florida requires a licensed contractor for electrical work of any size, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, roofing and structural work, and St. Johns County keeps installing doors and windows for licensed contractors. We do none of that (we repair sliding glass doors but never replace their glass, tracks or frames), including ceiling fans, light fixtures, outlets, faucets, toilets, water heaters and thermostats. Ask us and we will tell you which kind of licensed trade to call.

No. We are not a licensed contractor, which is exactly why we stay out of the work that needs one. Florida law (Fla. Stat. 489.117) lists painting, tile, caulking and handyman services among the kinds of work a local government may not require a license for.

Yes. We load it, haul it in our own trailer and pay the disposal fees. The quote prices the common items one by one (a couch, a mattress, a refrigerator) and bigger piles and cleanouts by the trailer load, every full load at the same price. The crew confirms the price on site before anything goes on the trailer. We haul only: no demolition, and appliances, water heaters and hot tubs must already be disconnected. We cannot take paint, fuel, chemicals, tires or other hazardous waste.

A visit booked for you every month (2 hours) or every three months (3 hours) at a lower hourly rate, with priority scheduling. Bring a running to-do list and we work through it. It is labour time, not insurance: it does not pay for repairs or replacements.

For the first visit, yes, so we can walk the list together. After that, many clients leave a code. Your tech checks in and out in our app, so you can see when we arrived and when we finished.

Tell us within 30 days and we come back and fix our work at no charge.
